Purchase and delivery

Prices are shown in US dollars unless the checkout states otherwise. The Survival Kit promotional price is $27, reduced from $54. The optional post-purchase Make It Yourself offer is $17, reduced from $34. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. Access is intended to be delivered digitally after successful payment.

All sales final

Because access to these digital products is provided immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Please review the offer and compatibility of your device before purchasing.

Personal-use license

A purchase grants one purchaser a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials. You may print copies for your personal household use. You may not share access, reproduce, upload, distribute, resell, modify for resale, or use the materials commercially without written permission.

No guarantees

No health, financial, weight, lifespan, or other result is promised. Individual circumstances and outcomes vary. References to research describe findings and associations, not guaranteed cause and effect.

Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the website, bypass access controls, misuse checkout, introduce harmful code, or infringe intellectual property rights.

Third-party services

Checkout, payment, and delivery may be provided by third parties. Their separate terms may also apply. We are not responsible for outages or actions outside our reasonable control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the products and website are provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the materials. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
